YKB is an initiative of VedOrigin.

• Icons and visual assets

• Other original materials published by or for YKB

It also addresses third-party intellectual property displayed on YKB as part of startup profiles and discovery.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, all original content created specifically for and published on the YKB platform is owned by VedOrigin or is used with appropriate authorization.

Such content may include, but is not limited to:

• YKB website content and original text

• YKB visual identity and branding

• YKB logos and graphical elements

• Original page layouts and interface designs

• Original graphics, illustrations, and icons

• Original documents and publications

• YKB platform structure and presentation

• Original databases and compilations

• Other original materials created for YKB

Nothing in this Notice transfers ownership of VedOrigin's or YKB's intellectual property to any user.

4. Startup and Third-Party Intellectual Property

YKB may display intellectual property belonging to startups, founders, organizations, or other third parties.

Such materials may include:

• Startup names

• Startup taglines

• Startup logos

• Founder names

• Startup descriptions

• Product names

• Product images

• Featured Images

• Photographs

• Trademarks and service marks

• Website and social media references

• Other materials supplied by or associated with the relevant startup

Such intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner unless otherwise stated.

The display of third-party intellectual property on YKB does not constitute a transfer of ownership to VedOrigin or YKB.

5. User-Submitted Content

Founders, startup representatives, or other authorized individuals may submit information and materials to YKB through the Submit a Startup facility.

By submitting such materials, the submitter confirms that they have the necessary rights or authorization to provide them.

The submitter grants VedOrigin/YKB a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, resize, format, display, publish, index, and distribute submitted materials as reasonably necessary to:

• Review the submission

• Create and maintain the relevant startup profile

• Operate and present the YKB platform

• Enable search and discovery

• Maintain the YKB startup repository

• Promote YKB and its startup discovery activities

This permission does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to VedOrigin or YKB.

6. Permitted Use

Visitors may:

• Access and view YKB content for personal, educational, research, or informational purposes.

• Share links to publicly available YKB webpages.

• Cite publicly available YKB content with appropriate attribution, where permitted by applicable law.

• Refer to publicly displayed startup information for legitimate discovery and informational purposes.

7. Restricted Use

Without prior written permission from VedOrigin, users shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit YKB-owned content.

• Reproduce substantial portions of YKB's original layouts, designs, graphics, or compilations.

• Remove or alter copyright or ownership notices.

• Present YKB-owned content as their own work.

• Use YKB branding or intellectual property in a manner that may mislead, misrepresent, or imply endorsement by VedOrigin or YKB.

• Systematically reproduce or commercially exploit YKB's startup database or compilation.

Nothing in this section limits rights that may otherwise be available under applicable law.

YKB respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that content published on YKB infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient details to enable appropriate review.

Where applicable, the request should identify:

• The material concerned

• The intellectual property right claimed

• The basis of the claim

• The location of the material on YKB

• Your contact details

• Any supporting information reasonably necessary for review

YKB may review the concern and take appropriate action where warranted.

All rights not expressly granted under this Notice are reserved by VedOrigin and the respective owners of third-party intellectual property.
